Colorado moves up on CNBC’s ‘Top States for Business’ list

DENVER BUSINESS JOURNAL – Colorado has moved up on CNBC’s list of America’s top states for business, according to the cable channel’s annual ranking of the states.

Colorado, which landed at No. 4 last year, has moved up to No. 3 for attracting business and jobs.

The state was tied for No. 8 in 2014 in the CNBC ranking and came in at No. 7 in 2013.

This year, Utah was ranked as the No. 1 state for doing business in CNBC’s 10th annual list of rankings, which was released Tuesday. Utah has been in the top 10 every year since the rankings began.
